Thanks, I already know that...who is MTL's big prospect, Slafkovsky? The guy that shouldn't have gone top 5 last year? Or is it Hutson, the guy that got walked by Germany and Latvia?

Yeh slafkovsky who was the MVP of the olympics and hutson who led the Americans in scoring at the world championships (but hey, If you want to change the narrative just like you accused Billy of doing, go ahead)

So you are going to base your prospects off games played since 2016 knowing that the Flyers were a better team for that entire stretch and had actual NHLers in their lineup for the large majority of that time? Got it...thanks for your input.

Nope but im done trying to win debates with you
I state why your wrong and leave sources
People who arent biased or irrational will click and read for themselves.

I cant convince you of anything you're a Contrarian
You're not about Hockey or even PHI you just like to Fight and say the opposite of whatever anyone else says.
I mean someone hands you a 7 year Window the Exact time for a Player to become a UFA after turning Pro and your excuse for them not playing?
"So you are going to base your prospects off games played since 2016 knowing that the Flyers were a better team for that entire stretch and had actual NHLers in their lineup for the large majority of that time?"

You seriously meant it to hahahaha
Without a question as to "why would he use 7 years specifically ?"
To prove your foolish in your Evaluations of whats an Appropriate Developmental Period .

Seriously this is to easy
All im basically doing the old Bugs Bunny Gag he pulled on Daffy Duck

Pro's rank each systems depth yearly
If you're brave look up where PHI sits vs MTL

Incorrect, we wouldn't sign him. But i'm the one that doesn't know anything right...

You two clowns have now claimed O'Brien wouldn't sign and Hart wasn't chosen ahead of Montombeault...I think it's fairly easy to see who knows more.

https://thehockeywriters.com/nhl-farm-system-rankings/

on this list, Montreal is 12 (worse than I thought!) but philly is 24 (!!!) after rebuilding for many more years than the habs.

tough love. after gauthier there's pretty much nothing. Gauthier will be ruined if Torts ever gets his hands on him too

Rewriting history again eh…we haven’t been rebuilding 😂

Briere is the first GM to say the Flyers are rebuilding.

And yes Torts will ruin Gauthier just like he ruined all the kids this year…oh wait, the kids all took big steps

How Many of the same players were still there from his promotion in 2015 to his firing in 2019?
Couturier , Giroux ,Ghost , Laughton, Macdonald, Simmons ,and Vorachek
7/23 players remain after 5 full seasons of Hextal's "this is not a rebuild "
That said Simmons was UFA and testing Free Agency and Andy Mac was bought out right after the season officially changed over .
So really 5 original players left when he was fired

If thats not a Rebuild it explains why PHI is doing so bad
You can sell their fans any line and they'll not only buy in but defend it no matter how insane

The high horse, that the fans of the worst team over the past 2 seasons, sit on is hilarious. I guarantee that we make the playoffs again before you do.

Just trying to nail Jello to a Wall in talking to PHI fans who troll Habs posts.
You're only Consistent in your inability to be held Accountable

You know I’m always fair with you and you always make fair trades so I’ll be straight up with you. I’m not a huge fan of this trade but only because I would want MTL’s 2024 1st instead of CAL 2025 1st. I think if that is doable I could live with parting with our guys being able to get back two 1st rounders Barron and the other prospects.
