You can use underlying data and your eyes to place Leo Carlsson as better than any of the players you listed, there are plenty of examples of people doing that and plenty of scouting reports that say it as well. He's a common draft 1OA with his historic production in the SHL.

Just because someone in 2013 took Drouin instead of Jones or Lindholm and someone in 2015 took Dylan Strome instead of Marner or Rantanen doesn't mean that those were bad drafts or that 2023's 3OA is guaranteed to be making that mistake. GM's have gotten much better at drafting recently.
