Canucks decline. Vancouver needs defense, centre depth, and cap space. Vancouver does not need wingers or adding cap. This deal provides nothing we need and everything we don't need, so not sure exactly what you were considering as "other teams needs".

At the very least he’s a serviceable third pairing Dman. I’d still take this deal. He’s still young, unproven, and raw for what he brings to an NHL defense core… and only costs you an extra $200-300k than your typical healthy scratch.
