Ohhhhhhhh boy. Nylander is so polarizing at points during the season but I would argue he looks more dangerous than any of the core four when he's dialed in. Girard is absolutely not what they need nor is this even close. And I would not be attaching two first round picks to Murray regardless of who's coming back, and Arizona would probaly say no anyway.

Very much agree. I like the idea of looking into somebody like Schmaltz (although I think Toronto should look for a bit more defensively-focused #2 centre) but I don't see Murray being an option for Arizona. He is owed 6 million real cash for his cap hit, meaning he's a tough add for them.

Honestly I could see Murray being a buyout candidate. I don't want to see them attaching a ton of pick value to moving him.
