Description

Bruins don't have their own first rounder until '25, so they might as well try and stay competitive as much as possible, while in their cap hell. Keep SwayMark, Pasta on the first line with Zacha.

I get that this team is rough, but I believe they can at least be competitive for a WC spot.

Charlie McAvoy becomes the Bruins 21st Captain in history, with David Pastrnak, Brad Marchand and Nick Foligno as the alternates.

Montreal also wouldn't do the Bruins that favour for a player that they don't need.

I don't think you're targetting the right team. Habs have absolutely no need for Reilly. We already have Matheson, Guhle, Harris, Xhekaj and Edmundson on the left, and Barron, Savard, Kovacevic and Wideman on the right. Not even counting guys like Struble and Beaudin who are stuck in Laval for now. Habs are very comfortable with Evans deal. Health is kind of an issue, but when he plays, he's worth the price.

that Calgary trade is horrendous for Boston. No chance they retain anything on Hall. Certainly worth more than that too
