From what I hear, if he ever comes back to North America he'll be immediately arrested and will spend quite a long time in jail. I don't think anything has been confirmed, but based on rumors it's pretty bad.

Dunno, man. I would not assume everyone offering info for these reports is being honest. In fact, we know at least one person is lying because the team doctor and his agent are telling diametrically opposing stories.
