I’m of the opinion that Savoie and Kulich should both be back with Winnipeg and Rochester, respectively.
Peterka had a much better year than Kulich the year before and he kind of disappeared for half the season, I need to see domination from JK.

I think KA going bargain bin projects until team ready. UPL,Jokiharu,Bryson,Olofsson,Greenway,Stillman will develop or be shed when contracts expire. I’m hoping he adds two decent d men but doubt it. He’ll add impact players after next season using prospects and draft picks to get who he wants long term. It’s smart but frustrating. Prospects will be worth much more as trade assets in a year

I don't know if Borgen gets that much money in his next contract, but I do like the thought of the trade. Although I don't know how much Seattle would actually be interested in dealing him, I do like Buffalo getting a decent young RD and Seattle adding a young goalie who might be able to develop there since they don't have much in the pipeline at goalie, plus a good pick.
