Description

For health on their Columbus should have been a much better team. Werenski missed almost all season, Bean at least half a season. Laine in and out. They still have Gaudreau, I expect Johnson to be better on his second season. Jiricek will make a immediate impact and if they pick 2nd overall Fantilli could join and became their second line center. On paper this top 6 forward and top 4 defense (with the trade I made) Columbus should be a more better team then last season.

Tarasov is not waiver exempt. He will be the backup. I see the Jackets signing a vet goalie that can pass through waivers easily and could provide assistance at the NHL level if needed.

Can’t see the jackets wanting provorov. I think graves or soucy are better fits

Disagree. Provarov would be perfect. His contract is for two more years at a very affordable rate. He would allow us two years to develop Mateychuk and Svozil to take over.

He’s another puck moving defender who can’t play defense. I do like his contract though

He makes a perfect partner for Jiricek. This would allow Jiricek to focus on his defensive game and allow Provarov the ability to drive the play.
