I don't see how, in it's current state, either team accepts a Kuznetsov-Brodin swap. In this ACGM scenario, it does seem that Minnesota needs a center, but I would be surprised if Minnesota would take on more money in Kuzy while also leaving a huge hole at LD (which asking Hagg to fill would be a recipe for disaster), meanwhile Washington may consider moving Kuzy but they don't need a Defenseman with Sandin, Fehervary, and Alexeyev all extended past this year or RFAs that will all need NHL time to continue developing.
Edit: also giving up Zuccarello (a guy with 67 points this year) and a 2nd for a 23 year old with 7 points this year and being quickly phased out by others in the Red Wings organization would not happen.
