I've been a huge fan of Khusnutdinov for so long. Would kill to have him.

As for Mantha, I'd just keep him at this point and let the new coach utilize him. But if you need space I guess move him but can actually probably get something in return.

Mantha's confidence is shot and he literally looks like he DGAF at all on most nights.. at this point i would do whatever it takes to get him gone

if the Sens had to move DeBrincat, (they'll definitely be wanting to keep him as it stands), this seems like a pretty reasonable trade based on what he went for last offseason. 7th OA vs 11-15th OA, early-mid 2nd vs early-mid 2nd. two solid prospects instead of a 3rd round pick and to make up for the difference between 7th OA and the 11-15th OA

The problem is they shouldn't trade DeBrincat for futures... They need to make the playoffs

I mean they shouldn't trade DeBrincat at all. but idk who would possibly be on the trade block this offseason to do a "hockey trade" for him

I just don't think the Wild do this. With the dead cap handcuffing the team why half a** anything when they could just do what they have been doing and really go for it when the dead cap dissappears? Kuzy would need a new contract, Wild could be out 2 prospects and 3 draft picks, and imo no closer to a cup. I'd rather wait till the dead cap dissappears, have both prospects and 3 picks and then fully commit to it. Plus maybe it's just me but Marat's value is much higher to me. 20 yrs old, putting up more points in Russia than Kaprizov and Panarin (more games played tho but still). But I do see the vision, #1 center playing with Kirill who makes anyone he plays with much better.

I would 100% trade DeBrincat rather than give him a 8.5x8 extension, which the Sens would deeply regret eventually.

If I could, I'd bring back Nick Paul and Connor Brown for DeBrincat and Joseph (plus the cap space to improve the team even more)
