Jeff Skinner is way better player than Colton Parayko, and is worth significantly more than him. Yeah Parayko has a lower AAV, but he has three more years and isn’t the player he used to be. Imo the blues should have to pay to dump him.
It is absolutely amazing how people misread.
You never said this was a great trade for the Blues, but that is what was heard.
BTW, nice to hear from an Islander fan who actually appreciates Jeff Skinner.

TB counters Krebs for Koepke and a 3rd
Quoting: Boltsradynasty
Please provide a rational explanation for TB to consider this. TB doesn't care about draft picks and Colton has been MUCH much better than Mittlestadt and costs less. Julien Brisebois would have to be suffering with debilitating cognitive brain functions to make this bad of a trade.
Ross Colton over his last 150 games 68 pts, Casey Mittelstadt over his last 151 games 83 pts.
To say Ross is MUCH better is very hyperbolic and to liken that deal to Koepke and a third for Krebs is beyond the pale.

On the other hand, Colton hits which from what I can see from Cernak v Dahlin elbowing him twice (while getting a slap on the wrist for the second one) is what Tampa really likes in a player.

Yeah those 2 more goals in 86 more games. While making 2x as much Mittlestadt also plays like a P****.
There it is again the cry of the Loser: The referees and league are out to get my team wahhhhhhhhh.
You do realize hockey is a physical game and s*** happens sometimes

First, I compared their last 150 game production which is much more meaningful than comparing entire NHL careers.
Colton started his NHL career when he was one month older than Casey's current age.
Actually, you can call me a loser but the league suspended Cernak both times while the on ice referees missed both of the flying elbows.
Plus only a 2 game suspension for a second offender is significantly below the guidelines.
Any reasonable person would consider it as special treatment for the Bolts.
You are most ridiculous when you compared this trade to the Krebs trade, it is understandable to presume your other opinions are equally biased.

TB unlike a lot of other teams (Buffalo for 1 comes to mind( doesn't rush players up . In fact they are much more likely to hold a guy back to overdevelope than rush him up. Also being as deep as they are he doesn't get the minutes per game he would in Buffalo or elsewhere not TB . That's ironic because you like a ton of my posts but fine I wasn't calling you a loser just saying your using the losers cry. . If you honestly don't believe bad calls balance out you are seriously mistaken every team has bad calls go both for and against them. No the league isn't going out of its way to help TB. Stop if I believed the league was going out of its way to help 1team I would stop watching.

First you are proving my point, to not compare Colton's career stats to Mittelstadt's career stats.
But you do not see that Ross was one month older than Casey's current age when Colton started his career, so it is totally unfair comparison.
I wonder to who else you were when you typed "There it is again the cry of the Loser", I am the only one you quoted.

Liking your past posts should also be a red flag that your current comments are totally out of line as I rarely carry on as I am now.

You are making yourself look rediculous in this thread.
First with your farcical comparison of Krebs for Koepke and a 3rd proposal, second using career stats to compare Colton and Mittelstadt, third to say Cernak's elbow on Dahlin was "opps just a missed call", finally to not recognize when a player is suspended for a second time the penalty is much greater.

Finally, how do two on ice officials miss this:

Sure bad calls even out, egregious over sites are just that favoritism.

I could make a reel of similarly egregiously bad calls for and against every team in the league. Yes I was being sarcastic with Krebs geez figured you had a brain enough to see that. The first Cernak elbow was bad the 2nd I stand by it was a hockey play gone bad. Usually the league doubles suspension length for repeat offenders. That second one is a 1 game suspension if he isn't a repeat offender it got doubled as a result fair call.

Thank you again for making my points for me.
The second suspension normally doubles the length of the first suspension, four games.
While you are correct, Cernak learned that he does not need to throw a flying elbow to injur a player, what made it worse, he threw it against Okposo who nearly died from a concussion several years earlier .
Was Cernak trying to end his career?
Repeat offense against a player who not noted for dirty play and has a history of concussions, four games would have been given to another player.
