The Pens' top six is already one of the best in the league and the slack they get by having a real bottom six that can play REAL minutes, not to mention completely upgrading the defense? The ripple effect of McCabe and style of hockey he brings?

Sorry, this lineup can go head-to-head with anyone. That third line would be drive teams nuts and that fourth line would be straight-up savage.

I think it's pretty fair considering we're sending you Dumo and Kapanen. I was using the Orlov/Hathaway trade as a litmus.

All 3 picks being 2023's is big in my opinion. Hate giving up TRad, but this deal offers fair compensation for him. I'd also like to see what Puustinen and Kap could do with consistent top 6 minutes next season for Hawks. This deal makes Pens better right away and helps Hawks rebuild down the road. Win/win!

Puustinen is a sleeper. I really think he's got solid 3rd line potential.

Our entire team was embarassed last night from top to bottom. It wasn't just bottom 6. Dont trust Jarry at all to be good, much less healthy. He's awful in the clutch. Petrey stinks. Rutta stinks. Not worth it or realistic. No way this team would compete with other metro teams. No doubt the third line is better here, but I think the team is just shot
