That's definitely a yes from the Sharks.

Not sure you're getting that much from Edmonton though.

First of all, you are not getting Snuggs or Saad, and I have no idea why the Sharks would ask for Saad anyway. That trade is obviously a Sharks fan pulling a WILD Sharks fleece where you are not getting half of that return from STL. Let's get that straight right off the top.

Now... EDM is not paying all that for Barby, and Arizona would spit in Army's face for making such a terrible Chych offer. Classic Trojan horse AGM stuff. Cute.

He's a Sharks fan, as you can clearly see by the Sharks return in that Trojan horse trade.

SJ could take that, but I would say: why the hell would St. Louis do that? Isn't the point of trading Tarasenko and ROR to reload the prospect pool?

Did you even read the part where I said Saad doesn’t matter it could be JP (at that point it could be anything!) it’s purely for cap purposes (it could be no one!).

You seem quite offended by a post that says for fun lol. Like straight to the throat.

Just insiders who know more than us think they’re calling on Meier - I guess it would be a super quick flip into contention again next year while still being strong prospect wise.

EDMs is a little high, probably take out the 2nd entirely eh?

      @mokumboi
Okay so you think TOR pick, EDM pick (both potentially 26-32) and Noah Beck is going to acquire you Timo Meier. Jw if you can have conversation or go straight to blowing a gastic their mok.

Yeah ROR returned a 1st + Prospect so Meiers gonna return just a 1st 3rd and a slightly better prospect. Makes sense to me brother.

You can also go on many posts and see many fans of varying fanbases saying Snug + 1st or 2firsts 2nd plus a prospect is far too low for SJS. So yeah.

      Snug
      1st late (26-32)
      1st late (26-32)
Whatever STL wants added for cap purposes not named Faulk or Leddy (to be clear asking SJS to take injury prone Saads 4.5 x 4 should be seen as negative but your bias is showing you should put it away lmao)

Seems actually very fair; but let’s hear it.

I mean, I am not saying there isn't any truth to the rumors. I am just saying that it seems a bit odd. They're really not in any place to make it this year. As an offseason deal for Meier, if he's a rental elsewhere? That seems to make more sense to me. Doing it now just seems a bit odd I guess. Waiting until the draft allows them to use those picks if they don't like the asking price.

Also, are they considered to be strong prospect wise? Feel like I haven't heard much about many upcoming Blues prospects after Neighbours and Snug.

I feel like the blues are stronger than almost half the leagues teams prospect wise.

They’re at least stronger than 10 teams.

As for the rumours - it’s reportedly more than a rumour as Rutherford, Masisak and Lebrun have each reported that their sources confirm the Blues are willing to move TOR and NYR picks in addition to assets to potentially win a Meier bid if they want to pull the trigger.
