I agree but I also try to factor in that at least the 23' 1st will be much earlier than CAR & NJD offers, so it's worth more. It's not a terrible offer, but yes they have better prospects to offer and I'd imagine Grier would be going after

I'm trading a 55 pt winger that's a ufa who we don't seem to want to resign for a 45 pt winger a 2nd and a 4th. It's not a bad deal.
