This is pretty good so far but I do really like how barrie has been playing so keeping him could be nice. Would Ceci+A mid round pick be acceptable instead of barrie? (Edmonton would workout the cap on a diff trade with like Arizona or something)

Yeah, it seems that in terms of roster players, the Oilers would need to move Barrie, Puljujarvi, and one of Yamamoto or Ceci (or Foegele if it's Karlsson at closer to 8.275m instead of 8.5m). I think to SJ it will be Barrie + Foegele + futures, and then Puljujarvi needs to be dumped elsewhere. SJ probably sends back an AHL contract.

If we take their cap dumps Barrie, Foegele or JP. then EDM has to add. Those 3 are total Zeroes and 2 of them carry into next year on the cap.
