                      No thanks. I like Folignos game and Hartnell with 50% isn't a bad contract IMO. Pominville to me is a worse contract and older player.

                      I'm thinking more of you having Andrighetto in his prime for years 3 - 6, instead of Foligno past his prime for years 3 and 4 as the takeaway here (he'll be 34 by the end of his contract).
                      This year and next would be pretty much a wash, except you'd have dollars coming off the books earlier, so another advantage.
                      All I'm after is a leader/captain with work ethic and some ability for my transition phase.

                      We can take Hartnell and Greene out. If that changes anything for you?

                      I'm thinking more of you having Andrighetto in his prime for years 3 - 6, instead of Foligno past his prime for years 3 and 4 as the takeaway here (he'll be 34 by the end of his contract).
                      This year and next would be pretty much a wash, except you'd have dollars coming off the books earlier, so another advantage.
                      All I'm after is a leader/captain with work ethic and some ability for my transition phase.

                      We can take Hartnell and Greene out. If that changes anything for you?

                      Doesn't really change much unfortunately. I'm just not a big Pominville fan at all. Not enough to move him for Foligno.

                      I'll have to pass there. Not giving up an additional asset in this deal. Huberdeau is locked up for more term than Skinner, could very well be the better player in a year or two and doesn't have the concussion history Skinner does. Add to the fact I'm taking a cap dump in Jay Bow and I'm not gonna do less than Dahlen and not send a pick in return.
