VAN will not retain that many years for Miller

The retention would just be for his current contract and go away once it expires and the extension kicks in next year

Agreed if it's for this year's deadline contract sure to make it work we would but his new contract would not be covered would be looking a semi bad contract as Miller is still a useful player. I wish we could work out a Miller for Weegar trade but not sure if it would be possible.

Miller is not worth that, and he's definitely not worth what we'd have to get rid of next season to fit that contract.
