Just because the Sharks asked for 3 first round picks doesn't mean they're going to get it. That seems to me like more of a starting point for the Sharks that will get negotiated down to something more reasonable. Personally I think a Karlsson trade, if it ever occurs, would be an offseason move. As for the other trades, any team is going to ask for a pretty penny to take on Vlasic, and even at half his cap hit Severson doesn't have anywhere close to that kind of value as a pending UFA.
