CHI is in no position to be doing that kind of trade. Picks, prospects, and MAYBE a cap dump (depending on how much term is left and what you are offering), are the kinds of things CHI is prepared to take back in trade.

If CHI were entering back into the playoff picture, I'd say he would be a great trade target, but I wouldn't be surprised if Rust is in his late 30's when CHI is ready. Dude should stick with PIT or, if any move is made, go to another contender.
