$4M is a pretty big pay raise for ERod. He's a good complimentary piece and I imagine he'd take a deal like that.

I think that's about right. He'd probably want an extra year or two if he could get it, but I think the AAV is spot on.

I think this is closer to what he would get if healthy in f.a. 3x3what he turned down last summer) is probably what he gets unless he goes to a rebuilding team with cap space.

I think we have to see what happens when we're healthy this year. If he can actually slot into 2C with the healthy roster then it's worth the resign but if he can't fill the role this doesn't leave much room for bringing in another player to take on that spot again

Newhook & Byram's poor seasons so far makes this possible. So, now Avs basically choose ERod or JTC, & ERod has better offense IMO

I agree i think you go e-rod over compher, with some seasoning meyers will play the same role as compher so there's not much of a loss and e-rod i think works in the system well
