Seriously though, this trade makes no sense on many levels. Teams don't want the responsibility of having to immediately flip another asset. O'Reilly is bouncing back, so I'm not really sure what his value is at this point, but I can assume the rationale for moving Dumo to you is for cap purposes.

As far as prospects go, I don't think we have what you'd really want. Maybe one of our goalie prospects?

Think the blues can get a better package from someone starting with a 2023 first

The Blues are quite set for goalie prospects. Hofer is among the top goalies in the AHL, and Zherenko ain't far behind him.

Gotcha. Yeah, I don't know what his return will look like if you move him, but chances are other teams will be able to offer better packages.

Not to mention Ellis and Crawley have been very good too
