In this guy's defence, he didn't get anything of value back here. Well maybe McLeod. We all know what Kapanen is, blazing speed with no one behind the wheel, no thanks. Murphy is not at all what people think he is and definitely isn't worth his contract. McLeod is intriguing though.

I really like that no one on here sees how good Murphy is. It's why we were able to get him at $4.4M which is a great contract. He's once again asked to be the #1RD and crushing it. 70% Dzone starts and a plus 5 for a team that's supposed to be tanking. The Hawks needed to sign Dylan Wells because of all their goalie injuries. I mean...their best goalie is 35 years old and played 1 game in the previous 2 years. Oh and there's El Sucko...Mrazek. Everyone just looks at points and says...Wow Barrie is great...stinks. Wow Ghost is great...stinks. Yet here we go again...a defenseman that actually knows how to play defense getting trashed for zero reason.
