I think the Canes would do that. Mind you, as it stands, he would have to outperform both Coghlan and de Haan to snag a roster spot. And with the way both have been playing, that might be a little hard.

Honestly, i have no idea why Coghlan hasn't played every game and WB's the 2nd powerplay. The kid is good

He has been good. The reason he is swapping with de Haan at 3LD is because Chatfield has been better. Eventually he will have his chance at 3RD, but for the time being, he is the 3LD switch in.

I found it hard to see heinola having time to play in California. The team have a good defense group and would probably be block like in Winnipeg.
