EK is quite literally a RD Norris candidate. That is very hard to come by. Same for the last two seasons before injuries. And it would not be 11.5, thus why this post has retention and i did not say without retention. A trade that results in EK counting as around 7-8 mil against the cap for Buffalo would be perfect for them

EK is carrying SJ right now, finally playing to his contract. Grier would be nuking the team if he traded EK. And if he's doing that he'd not be sending good prospects away, so definitely no bordeleau in the deal
