Love this kids game. If he can find his scoring finish, he could definitely find his way to the top 6 some nights, he's really skilled and has the hunger for scoring and generating offense. Totally agree with you, he's also a hound defensively and responsible. While this could just be because he's still in his audition period, I like to think he takes the Hagel, Paul route and will elevate his game because he's on this team, and really take another step in his development as an NHL regular. Added bonus, he likely will resign for less than 1,125,000 for hopefully 2 years, somewhere in that range. Hard to ballpark tho only 2 weeks past the deadline. Jeannot is still pending a complete evaluation for me. I'll have more of an opinion on him when we get further down the line into the ploffs

Jury is still out on Jeannot. But I'll remind everyone.. Coleman and Goodrow didn't impress when they first arrived and Yanni Gourde didn't really have a set role in the lineup. It wasnt until the playoffs started that they merged to become Gourdrowman.

No he just rode the pine. We were shorthanded literally the entire first 10 minutes of the game. He took a double minor in that stretch so maybe Coop limited him because of that. It was legit only Tony, Hags, Killer, Belly and Paul on the ice in the first 10 minutes. Watch the whole game if you're able. We played really well, it just wasn't enough. Tons of energy and hits
