Could go either way. Same with Bordeleau, but I think Eklund is a little over 50% to start with the main squad. Bordeleau less likely. The top 6 is just a lot less skilled if you don't start Eklund up in the NHL.

yeah I hope so, but from what I’ve read it seems they’ve kind of put Eklund and Bordeleau with AHL guys on lines in camp

So basically nothing has changed from what folks have predicted. No huge camp surprises... yet.

Vlasic on the 2nd d-pair and Merkley in the AHL is a departure from what many people expected. A decent number of people also expected Bonino to get trades to make space for Bordeleau on the 3rd line.

I actually think that bottom six is much (not a little) better than last year. Also, Boughner's system just didn't work for a lot of guys and I think you might see more offensive upticks.

My point being, we might do better than you think which is 100% what I don't want.
