Nobody messes with the Leafs Coredashians. Auston, Mitch, Johnny, Willy and Morgan.

The salary cap probably won't be that high for a year or two after 24-25.
I don't know about giving Teravainen 7 mil unless he's on the top line.
3 mil is a lot for Foligno. He's 34 right now, and came off a season of 2 goals, 13 points in 64 games. no thank you. The contract you're offering him would expire when he's 39. That sounds like a buyout/cap dump waiting to happen.
Henrique has been a career 40-50 point player, but he's also on the wrong side of 30 so he might not be worth 4 mil by then.
I doubt Seattle accepts. Tanev is a fan favorite there, go figure, and I don't think Ron Francis is willing to get rid of him. Besides, they could be competing by then and won't be keen on taking on that cap space unless it's for a difference maker. MP and McGinn are not that.
Guentzel's contract will last until he's 38. That isn't ideal.
Pavel Francouz will also be 34 when that contract is signed, and I think DeSmith is better, or that one of Lindberg or Blomqvist would be ready for a backup roll by then.

Canes will just resign Turbo, so you won’t have to offer him that contract.

Not only did they get the wrong Foligno, it’s also been stated by Bill Daly that he believes the salary cap will significantly rise after the 2023-24 season.

You're right. Oops. Marcus Foligno still isn't young either, but that does make that deal a lot more reasonable. I still don't think it'll be a great contract though.
And if Daly is right and the cap will go up a lot, maybe it's just how long we've had a flat cap, but I have a hard time believing it'll be that much higher.

Considering Daly thinks the league is doing well enough for them to raise the salary cap higher it sounds like it may be promising

Nobody wants Tanev back. He’s not worth his contract to play 4th line. Hard pass.

The cap isnt going up 5 million that fast! They are still paying off the pandemic losses. Maybe a million or two in 2024.
