no, im not a scout for the habs. i would have stopped them from that dvorak, petry and dach trade if i was. or not sign gallaher, armia, and savard to those contracts.

just off the top of my head

not that weber trade. vegas offered anaheim a 2nd round pick more than they offered the habs. hughes got out gm'd. on top of that used $5m in cap on another winger, literally the last thing the habs needed.

traded anderson at the deadline when hughes said there were good offers.

not done that petry trade. habs lose.

not done the dach trade and kept nazar. dach is kk 2.0

romanov trade was great. good work hughes.

signed a pmd like klingberg, miller. and/or try to acquire one of sandin. marino, smith.

took on the patches, kassian, and nemeth dumps

    signed samsonov.

what team do you like better?

MTL can’t have Weber and Price on LTIR, so Weber WAS a cap dump because of that. It’s cap dump vs cap dump, but Vegas won that but MTL had their hands tied with Price not healthy. Anderson is good and score goals, he’s no problem
Gorton and Hughes want to get bigger that’s why they kept Anderson and traded for Dach and drafted Slafkovsky
They traded Romanov because Guhle will be better than Romanov and Xhekaj is our Romanov on steroids
Pretty sure they sees Guhle Harris Xhekaj as the future Left side on D. Mailloux and Barron on the right side but we still need a top RHD prospect
Why get a puck moving dman like Klingberg and Miller when we have Wideman for league minimum ? We ain’t trying to make the playoffs
Why sign Samsonov when you already have Allen and they choose Montembeault, again, we don’t need to win
I don’t know if Primeau will be MTL starter in the future but right now he’s our best bet
Hughes just need to wait on Drouin Dadonov Hoffman contract to expire
We are probably stuck with Gallagher and Armia but they are bounce back candidates, especially Armia. I think Gallagher is washed

ok maybe im wrong but why can montreal have weber and price on lrit.

anderson has a bad contract and habs should have seized the opportunity to move it. lucic 2.0

nazar over dach. just personal preference i guess. i like the romanov trade so no complaints.

samsonov as a lot of potential while allens best years are behind him and monty is a 3g. samsonov has much more potential than primeau.

hughes doesn't have a choice with drouin and hoffman but dadonov is his own choosing.

There’s a limit on LTIR that a team can reached
Price + Weber would exceed that limit, so everything past the limit would go on next year cap space, and etc (which means 4 years straight). So he had to move out one big contract

1: not that weber trade. vegas offered anaheim a 2nd round pick more than they offered the habs. hughes got out gm'd. on top of that used $5m in cap on another winger, literally the last thing the habs needed.

Any source to confirm what you are saying or pretending by rumors....

2: not done that petry trade. habs lose.

Petry want to be out so you have but too trade him.... or keeping him by disrespecting the player choice... bad bussiness decision

3: not done the dach trade and kept nazar. dach is kk 2.0
maybe chicago didn't want to trade nazar...

    4: Sign Klinberg
not sure he want to be in a rebuild

5: took on the patches, kassian, and nemeth dumps
    That's bad business decision

Well Kent hughes is better than you 100%

    1. yes. they trade was blocked up dadnonv's ntc. just google it, it was a big story.
    2. petry is better but the free space would have been better than mattheson.
    3. chicago didn't have to trade nazar the pick was montreals after trading romanov.
    4. klinger is just one of several options
    5. bad for business but great for the franchise.

    all of those were wins.

Really not. Kassian never put 30 goal in a season neither 80 points… monahan have way more chance to get sell at tdl than kassian or nemeth for real
