Description
Creating Cap Space. Feel free to make suggestions so I can edit trades, bc some of em will be dumb. Having 2 left D on 1 pair doesn't really matter.
I have a problem with Drouin, I just don't like him. However, he's useful, and if Slaf hits his ceiling, Jo can be re-signed for less, and Pulu can get a raise. Caufield moves to the right, Slaf to the 1st line and Jo and Pulu are on the 2nd line. Still on the tank for one of Bedard or Fantilli, so Dvo is a trade that should come later. Still a weak team, but Bergevin's worst signings are out. Ristolainen+Sanheim has room for edits, make your suggestions.

Apparently Anderson's value is high. They want to get rid of Pulujarvi's contract to sign other players(apparently the whole team thinks he's a play killer). Foegele is just for cap reasons, and the Oilers get 2 great AHL proven prosects, and a solid D prospect for a good goalie prospect. I can edit the trade, and stick in another D prospect or pick if ya want

If you retain some cap on Anderson’s cap or get rid of him and put in a soon to be ready prospect that trade is far more enticing for Edmonton. They can’t afford to take on 5.5M in cap space on a single player to get rid of 2 at 5.75M they already are looking at likely a 21 man roster if they get creative to drop down to 20 and pick up a player who is underperforming for his contract makes no sense especially when he still has 4 years on his contract.

Jesse is one of the most recent contracts Holland has signed. I don't see any reason why Holland would actively want to move him right now if an offer comes in he likes that's very different just can't see it being another big money long term commitment given how many already have.

Fixed. LA apparently needs grit, and they'll get grit, experience, and leadership at a lower cost in Lucic

I tried my hand at fixing it. Do you like it, or does it need something?

His value is good now, and he just had an awful season. His value and stats should raise on the Oilers, and he can be flipped from there on.

As far as a Montreal trade that seems good for the oilers side of things.

Should I throw in a few more picks? My thought is that they need to embrace the rebuild. They've let go of too many players, and they're pretty dry in all areas right now. It isn't looking good for them. I'll throw in another 1st, and some later picks, and take away a player.

Deadline trade possiblitities-
Dvorak
Sanheim

A centre will have to be traded back, along with assets. I see lots of movement as the reason for me putting Guhle and Barron in the minors. One or both of them will come up if Sanheim is traded. Oh, and Cole Schwindt's gf is overtimemegan, so she is part of the trade.

I strongly agree that they should rebuild but I think they could probably get more high end talent in a deal involving Provorov. Don’t get me wrong they get could pieces and really wouldn’t mind then getting just about anything for Risto so maybe up one of those later round picks to like a third and I think they should accept
