okay wait a second hear me out before you comment bc i have a couple reasons for this one
-mack is a UFA in a year and is looking for a BIG raise, certainly more than draisaitl will make for the next 3 years
-draisaitl is better than mackinnon i dont think anybody doubts that, although i do think lehkonen is the difference in value
-"this doesnt make sense for either team" yeah thats why it wont happen IRL but this is my ACGM and i make the rules

Yeah sure they can accommodate it but theyve already lost kuemper & burakovsky and still don't have any money, Girard is supposedly on his way out and Kadri is also not coming back, even they they don't have any money, if they sign him to that deal it'll spell death for their contention even with their defence. Also what NHL do you watch? Mackinnon being better than draisaitl is an insane take

I was going to comment on the idiocy of the Colorado trade, but then I saw the Seattle one.

You don't think MacKinnon is as good as Draisaitl, which I'm sorry but I think most people would doubt this. Then you have Seattle retaining about 25m over the next 5 years plus giving up their next 3 1st rounders and next 2 second rounders for him.

And MacKinnon's raise is easily covered by Eric Johnson coming off the books next year.

That's some good s**t you're smoking wherever you are. You lost all credibility claiming Drai is THAT much better than MacKinnon. I think most would agree MacK is better (though not by all that much to give Drai his due).
