Solid players who make a bit too much

Description
This is a list of players who I think are pretty decent. Certainly not great or anything, but are not as good as their cap hit. For cap rich teams, they can only retain on 3 players, so there is likely value in acquiring these players for minimal costs. ie cap poor teams may have to trade these guys below their worth to become cap compliant.

(LTIR are players I added by accident)

Note I made this post as many of these guys are treated by other teams fans as terrible, or will cost a fortune to "dump". When in reality they're all still solid enough players and I more suspect will just be traded below their value for cap reasons as they're not terrible (some would likely require paying to get rid of like Myers)

The whole Florida team had inflated stats cuz they were so stacked. Marchment, Bennett, Lundell, Duclair etc all career years

fair, but even on a bad Ottawa team in 19/20 he was on pace for 50 points. I know he's not the greatest in other areas of the game but I feel like a 50+ point winger for 3 mil is a bargain.

People are acting like its going to take Edmonton paying picks to trade Barrie or Foegs but in reality, Foegle is worth a 4th and Barrie a 2nd, likely would only net a 5th for McLovin and 3rd for Barrie

Campbell quality wise deserves his aav. The term and in particular the atypical (read late) career arc are the exceptions.

In general though I just didn't do guys who just signed as presumably their teams don't want to trade them
