No it couldn’t. Zary underperformed this year, Lucic is a $5 mil+ cap dump and Dube is a 3rd liner. Not close to enough for a ppg 25 yo. 1st in 3 years is useless

I stand corrected, remove Lucic. If I'm the Sharks, and I have 4 overpriced contacts on the books, I'm looking for futures alone. Maybe Grier has other plans, but I cannot see them being competitive with that much dead cap space. Isn't in 3 years is worth more: Florida is more likely to decline in 3 years than next year. Calgary would be wise to keep that pick (unless it is for Meier).
