That could work and if Calgary throws in a pick (about 3rd round) I’d say it’s even. Sandin’s upside is greater than Dube’s. To me Hanafin is around the same level of NHL defencemen that Willy is a winger

Unlikely Winnipeg moves Scheifele for a winger with the PLD situation up in the air.

Just seems as though the Scheifele/Jets relationship has soured to the point a break-up is inevitable. Was always a fan of his, he would bring back some edge we lost with Chucky's departure.

The talk of the Scheifele relationship with the team has really died down the last little while, so I think there's probably a 95% chance he stays. Then you add the Dubois situation on top of that, it makes it even more unlikely.

Actually, right now you probably have a better shot at Dubois, but even with him, I think he's most likely in Winnipeg until the TDL or even next summer.
