😂😂😂😂. If you think this is not enough youre insane. They wanted 3 good pieces , I gave them 3 good pieces . Sanderson has way more potential than Chychrun and Pinto isn’t going anywhere . Formenton is an 18 goal scorer at 22 and likely going to be a 20+ goal scorer , he’s still improving

Agreed. Would be surprised if they allowed the 1st to be top 10 protected as well. Maybe top 3?

I think this matches the exact thing they’re looking for. A good young player with potential + good prospect in JBD/Thomson and a 1st . There’s no way that want more than that

I don't think you need to move more than 3 assets, but Pinto instead of Formenton and less protection on that 1st is what I'd be fighting for.

You've control of a guy for the next 3 years at 4.6 million. This is an easy no from AZ. This isn't dumb Chicago giving away low contract players.

Yeah, I mean, the value in Chychrun is the contract (plus, he's very good). IMO, Arizona could be able to get a higher end prospect or young player to headline a deal-there *should* be a large market.

Is Formenton good? Sure, he's got some potential-I just don't think he's a headliner.

He literally had almost the exact stats as Lafreniere . He has 25 goal potential and he’s a rare type of player. Similar to Debrusk but is one of the best at getting breakaways , short handed goals and killing penalties and has insane speed

Comp-ing a player who did well in his draft+4 year season, vs. a guy who played "ok" while being deployed less, in a 3rd line role, than he would be if he played on a not-so-good team?
