Description

Following the DeBrincat deal; Ottawa deals Murray, signs their RFA's and then goes aggressive after Claude Giroux and signs Jake Oettinger to an offer sheet (2 1sts, a 2nd, and a 3rd). Dallas might be able to match but they'll be tight to the cap with Robertson.
With Brown and Hamonic coming off next year + cap room and increase signing DeBrincat ($8x8), Stutzle ($5×3), and Zub $4×4) should be fine.
After that Bobby Ryan and Zaitsev come off freeing up more room.
