CHI with the slight edge. Should be a better pick in a deeper draft, BUT also diversity of years. If you had every single pick in the 3rd round of ANY draft...You're going to make FAR more misses than makes. Move the last of the (4) 3rds to next year so you have (2) picks already for next year.

Does this mean Arizona thinks they will be out of their rebuild before Chicago thinks they will be out of their rebuild?

The 2023 draft is supposedly a deeper draft.

And Arizona ignored the fact that the 3rd round pick they got in this trade is at the bottom of the 3rd round.
