Draft PT Wright

Description
Shane Wright Line Explained: Putting him between Gallagher and Pitlick IMO would give him the best "work hard" mentality, they might not be the most skilled options to have him play with but they can both put the puck in the net if given the opportunity

Other options I thought of were a Drouin Pitlick or a Dadanov Gally Pairing but with Drouin being known as a sometimes "lazy player" I'd rather keep that away from Wright, With Dadanov and Gally I think the line would lack the speed of play Wright would need to be an impactful player on the ice. This is how I landed on Pitlick and Gally, Pitlick has speed and playmaking ability whereas Gally will never give up on a play even if he's already lost the battle plus he's been a 30 goal scorer before.

personally, I dont think this team is as bad as people think. If everyone is healthy this team would give teams a run for their money. I like Rem Pitlick, I like what this guy Schueneman brings, and since Price is back who knows what can happen. I think they deal Petry though. I don't know for what but it should be interesting for sure.

I kinda doubt Josh Anderson is still on the team. Also due to lack of games played the last 2 years it may be in Montreal's best interest to let Shane develop 1 more year in the OHL

Could work, I just like the Size Anderson brings with his speed. I Haven't watched much of Dadanov but I can't seem to see him being a speedy player

Id be fine with that, If Rumors are true and KH is looking at White then MTL could embrace a full tank and Run White or Evans as 2C for next year.

I would not be fine if Anderson is gone, I like him too much but with all the headlines coming out he seems to be in high demand

If Wright shows he is good enough in training camp and gets at least the 9 games before making the decision then he plays with Gallagher for every minute. The scouts that doubt Wright literally say it's his effort level on a consistent basis that's the biggest worry, that screams a problem Gallagher fixes. Gallagher has always been the leader that drags his teammates into battle and I think Wright would follow him.

Dadonov has good speed but is not blazing fast see article below

Basically that Montreal might not qualify him making him a UFA if they don't have a deal done by the start of Free agency

There are a few options, could also see them taking a shot on Monahan or similar if they decide to keep Wright down.
