Mcisaac isnt needed since the Hawks left side is a logjam with LHD prospects, Mcisaac would just be another log. Rumors are the Hawks are looking for a top prospect, young roster player, and 2 firsts for Cat and theyve (apparently) already turned down 2 huge offers. If the deal doesnt start with your best prospect and 2 firsts then its not even considered and Mcisaac is not even in your top 10 prospects according to Scott Wheeler from the Athletic. Cat is already a star, 2 40 goals seasons, with one season he was on pace for 50 goals. If the offer doesnt blow them away then it doesnt happen.

Cat's price is so high I don't think he'll be traded. I don't blame Chicago at all for expecting a Kings ransom. But this doesn't really make him "available" in my opinion.
