if that's the case then keep foligno for the year or buy him out and save the pick. worry about the 2C spot after Haula's contract is over. they're going to have to go UFA shopping for that position anyways, i don't see SM filling the void at a discount after this contract ends anyways. maybe the Bs consider this straight up if there's no picks involved as the Flames need to do it for cap relief and the B's would have to dump additional cap elsewhere. now if you want to take Charlie Coyle in the deal i'm sure CF AGM would entertain that.
