This is the idea that the Lightning blows it all up, it won't happen but it's cool to imagine. Most I see them doing is moving Killorn and maybe McDonough to resign Palat and Paul.

No, it's not "cool to imagine". Kucherov and McDonagh are not waiving their NTCs for two non playoff teams........maybe Colorado.

When you have the chance to trade the 2nd overall pick for a 33 year old middle pair dman, you simply /have/ to do it.

NJ needs a left-shot Dman to play alongside Hamilton and McDonough played in NY so I could see him waving to play in NJ. Killorn sadly must go to keep Palat, this playoffs cemented their difference in skill. I added Kucherov just because I don't really like his attitude and amongst our stars that makes him the most disposable based on personality and position.
