No reason to shop Joseph for middle round picks. Ottawa acquired him because they thought he had more upside than he was able to show in Tampa. He responded to that opportunity by going above a point per game in Ottawa post deadline. Not saying he's that guy over a season, but he immediately showed exactly what they thought might be there
