Sabres say no thank you

As a devils fan I feel the Boston trade is giving up to much for jersey’s current situation and from Bostons perspective probably not receiving enough for pasta. NJ probably isn’t in position to make a move for pasta unless Boston drops the ball on a bad trade.

Boston trade is absolutely not worth it ever

See that's the thing though I don't think we're far off at all if we get a stud like Pasta and a goalie. He's only a few years older than the core pieces we have. Look at the NYR, they have all their young guys but their core players are all 30, so we need to start adding studs or else this ship will never turn.

I mean Boston is gonna be brutal this year, so you get 2OA, a 7th overall stud, another first rounder, I think that's pretty good

That's understandable. Keep in mind that Sabres paid #32OA to draft him, and he's quite a bit better than we thought.
