Chicago says no. We are rebuilding and trading Cat because he will be in or close to his 30s when we are good enough to compete again. Couturier makes 0 sense and frankly the Flyers don’t have the assets to acquire DeBrincat.

No, the Blues trade is beyond unreasonable. They have no use and no cap for JVR.

Couturier doesn't really fit for CHI right now so that would be a put off when comparing what other teams would be willing to part with.
