Make that three years ago now, and the vezina winner from last year was traded for a mediocre forward prospect. I realize that they were different situations, but I don’t think goalies have as much value as you think they do.

Svechnikov and Dillon are miles away from Puljujarvi and Larsson, and Dahlin has more value than Hellebuyck so youre rebuttal doesnt make sense to start with

I can't see the Jets trading Helly for a 1st and a couple low value unneeded pieces. If there was a young top 6 forward or a young to 4 defenseman, the Jets might be taking. But not for this, it's missing a high quality piece.
