I lowballed some values, Norris, and Puljujärvi could easily net something higher. Plus gives plenty of room for Timmy's extension next year without any bad term contracts just to get near the cap.

Need to pay to get rid of Zaitzev A) because DJ loves him wayyyyy too much and will play him far too much so you need to take Z away from him. B) Sens are not a cap team and the sad reality is assets get moved to save money.

Side note, Holden is kept as the 7th D considering he signed an extension not too long ago and Del Zotto gets bought out, traded, or contract terminated considering his feud with the team (which is justifiable)
