Now Nylander is a great player but why would Arizona do this? Not too mention it makes no sense to shed like 3 mil in cap space and downgrade from Nylander to Crouse. Overall just a confusing trade for me

Leafs need grit size and skill for playoffs and Nylander will fade as the physicality increases.
Leafs never have enough push back.

That Arizona trade is terrible for Toronto, crouse isnt half the player nylander is and a late 1st doesnt make up the difference at all
And kerfoot is worth way more than that

So scoring at a similar rate compared to his regular season is fading now? Wow, crazy. I wonder how crouse has performed in the playoffs.

WN is one dimensional. Freeing up cap space to sign Chu Chu Train and get Crouse is a solid. When the Leafs get bounced in the playoffs this year major changes will be required. I’d get ready for this.

Lol, if Nylander is one dimensional than crouse has no dimension. And if you think making the team worse is a good major change, then i dunno what to tell you.
Maybe it should speak to your own argument that you have to move the goalposts every single time someone responds to you
