Jake for TK makes a lot of sense. Especially with Jake wanting out of Boston. 1:1 seems very fair, Boston might even have to add since they have their cards showing. That said. Fletcher is a terrible GM so I wouldn’t be shocked if he overpays

Why does it make sense?

Couple things to factor in here. The, “he wants out,” narrative doesn’t matter anymore. Why? Because Sweeney has happily shown that he doesn’t give a crap.
Debrusk is extended at a super reasonable number.
Right now, Debrusk is playing really really good hockey. Scoring like crazy, winning battles, all over the ice, defensive play. And its not like its just been a weekend, it’s been a solid 30+ games. It really looks like Jake has turned a corner and looks like the player he was pre-pandemic. Debrusk has been the better of the two players.

I just can’t see why Boston would think this is a good move. Naturally tossing in Carlo pushes it into joke category.
