That's not enough for Provy and TK IMO. Our defense actually gets worse and we're still spending to the cap. We clearly have to work on our defense in front of hart first and foremost.

I can see why it may not be enough value but they are also taking a lot of cap space. I think Sanheim and Ellis could be a solid pair and York has shown signs of a good defenseman. i think Cole and Walker could be a solid bottom D pair. But I do agree Defense needs to improve in front of Hart
