Understand the pass but Sean Walker will 100% get a 1st round pick in return. He is having a great year and there are quite a few teams in desperate need of a top 4 RD

Flyers trade deadline
For the record I think the kings one is the most unlikely cause I don't think they need Frost but Frost is just now starting to find his stride but still isn't the best option for Philly imo. Love the kid and would love to see him thrive

Major Off-season
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Clarky11</b></div><div>The amount of people who don’t watch Hart play hockey, yet comment on these posts is hilarious. You think if Ullmark played in Philly he’d be the favourite for the Vez?They’re a bottom five team with an atrocious D. He’s a fantastic goalie who Philly would be crazy to trade all. He’s the guy they should build around.</div></div>
Thank you!
He has shown plenty of times that when the flyers aren't playing atrocious he is a very solid and reliable backbone for the team.
When we went to the playoffs and played against Montreal. It was a major goalie battle and he won it against Price and Hart was also the only reason we made it to game 7 against the Islanders. Flyers completely disappeared against the Islanders that series.
With a good team in front of him Hart's confidence will be back up and would be a Top 7 goalie in the league without a doubt

JVR is getting undervalued.
And you're not only paying a pick for the player but paying to get that player's salary retained.
And that trade for the jets I got off a trade predictions from ESPN (which I'm not saying they are credible and aren't the smartest but they do have some clue what they are talking about and they had Jvr going to the jets for Zhilkin and a 2023 1st.
Teams pay big on rentals. Chiarot in reality is a 3rd pair d man mainly and can play top 4 mins if u absolutely need him to yet he got a bigger return than this last season.
JVR is a solid player where in a perfect world a 3rd liner on a stacked top 6 team but can play top 6 mins and is a huge help on any power play

Flyers Offseason
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>RipNasty</b></div><div>If your "beliefs" are discriminative, get new ones. There is no excuse for being discriminative. Some people are gay, who cares. Them being gay doesn't do anything to you or anyone else. It's not a choice, it's just who they are. End of debate. Most of us got on board with this in the 90's. 30 years later and some dummies want to argue it still.
There is not respectful about what Provorov did, he took a public stance against the LGBTQ community. That isn't respectful. He deserves to be called out and the fact the flyers let him do it and then their coach supported him (not at all surprised there, Torts is a clown). It was just disappointing and anyone who says otherwise needs to check their own "beliefs", because supporting discrimination is wrong.</div></div>
Then you must really hate the rangers since there ENTIRE organization didn't partake in it

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>RipNasty</b></div><div>Doesn't matter what your beliefs are, it's discrimination. You want to privately be against the LGBTQ community that's fine, but if you do it in public, you are in the wrong. It's just not at all debatable. Hiding behind religion to be discriminative doesn't give you a free pass.
I am not aware of the rangers cancelling anything, I highly doubt it wouldn't have made the headlines if they did.</div></div>
Well if you weren't aware of the rangers then u just don't pay attention. Look into it.
And under your logic it's not in the wrong to make/force someone to go against their beliefs? Provy said he has no matter with people being true to themselves as long as he can stay true to himself. It's not like he spoke out against them. He simply didn't partake in a warmup and put on a pride night jersey. That didn't hurt anyone or their cause. He was completely respectful about it and handled it very professionally.

Then how do you feel bout the rangers? The entire organization decided last minute to not wear the pride night jersey's during warmups?
It goes against his beliefs. People want tolerance for the LGBTQ community but don't want to provide religious tolerance. It's amazing

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>palhal</b></div><div>Some good thoughts. Can't see Vegas wanting to trade a cost efficient Whitecloud though. Not saying the Kings trade isn't fair value. But from the Kings view....they might be better off signing UFA Perron for 5.5m, and keeping their three picks. One reason why trade mid to high cap players and expecting just cap in return can be difficult. The "trade" completion is UFAs</div></div>
Vegas may need to try and move all the cap they can possible so Whitecloud may be an option to move
and the thing with the kings yes Perron might be better but the kings may only be a year away from competing. Tk is younger and would be better to have long term where Perron is a short term option

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>wojme</b></div><div>You have to pay more than that because Buffalo probably has zero interest in jvr</div></div>
If they are still a rebuilding team they may do what Arizona is doing which is taking contracts for picks and players. They don't have interest in the player/contract itself just the additions that come with the contract. 7 mil for only one season doesn't need a high end prospect and a 3rd.
maybe a 2nd and a 3rd but not a bigger prospect like frost

offseason still rebuilding
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sabres89</b></div><div>Don't like it. Korpisalo is not a good goalie. Evan Rodrigues, we don't really have room for him. Zadorov, I know he can play both sides, much rather get an actual right shot right d, prefer defense first, no point paying a premium for a puck mover that we don't need. I thought boqvist was a good idea, then I realized that it wasn't jesper that we would be interested in, it's adam (again, we need right shot d, we don't need forwards unless a #1 center falls into our lap). The Sabres currently are 8th from the bottom- with all of the changes, it's probably still right there. The goalies are a huge question mark, the right d is still a question mark (there's some hope that dahlin and Bryson will excel on the right side, which would get us out of paying a ridiculous premium for a good right shot d), and without a #1 center I'm not sure how far we go. Last point, Fitzgerald isn't worth that much, probably a late round pick at best.</div></div>
Some of the signings were more of a getting more cap space used so there isn't a cap penalty against them. Not many strong RD free agents besides Klingberg and Manson and they will go to contenders. Jesper Boqvist will be a guy that could maybe grow and Rodrigues is a guy that can help the younger guys. Korpisalo isn't terrible just a really bad year for him but would be good in the backup roll for Ukko and he is young enough to not get worn out as a starter if Ukko gets hurt. Adam Boqvist is prolly an untouchable prospect from Columbus

I can see that but he would be a good 3rd line grinder for the Isles. Can be used on the penalty kill. He does do a lot for a 3rd liner but Isles cap isn't in the best situation so 3mil for the next 4 I just took a bit less value then what he may be worth. Laughton's value is just a bit tricky cause it's more like what are people willing to pay for a depth guy

I'm not that big on Konecny. The Kings can do better for cheaper elsewhere.</div></div>
Kupari is 22 and has yet to do anything spectacular whatsoever. He is a meh prospect at this point.
And Tk is a young top 6 forward who has more points than most in his draft class. He is very underrated and could prolly blossom into something even better with a change of scenery. He is fast and skilled which is what the kings need
