Gonna poke some holes in your plan here:

1. Moving Gallagher is going to be easier said than done. He's got 6 teams he can reject and it's fairly likely the Yotes are one of them. If they arent, I think Arizona would reject that offer anyways. 6.5 x 5 for someone who's been trending downwards into their 30s isn't an ideal contract for them to take on.
2. Gourde and C Fleury aren't the pieces I'd personally move Petry for. Need to get a team that's on the cusp of contention and looking for an offensive RD.
3. Letang/MA Fleury would be great adds but you have to wonder if Letang saying in Pittsburgh would be more ideal for him.
4. Adding UFAs to get to the cap may not be the best decisions if the Habs plan to be sellers next season.

1. I'd think gally would go, I think Habs should get more, but I give less value to Habs bc of gally contract.
2. In this case Habs need a 2nd line center, and reportedly Seattle is looking for a top 4 RHD, and gourde wants put of seattle, so I think its a perfect match.
3. It's been reported that Letang wants a raise from his current contract, and there has been reports that pittsburgh wouldn't want to give him more than 7m, Letang former agent was hughes, so I think it can work well
4. In this case, habs are contending.
